SUPERINTENDENT – WINCHESTER, VA
– Overall site management for ground-up Senior Living Facility
– Position reports directly to company principals
– Manage day to day operations on Ground Up Senior Living facility
– Position requires experience in senior living
– Procure resources (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.) as needed
– Maintain project schedule and budget
– Maintain quality control and quality assurance
– Manage subcontractors to ensure they deliver resources per contract
– Regular communication with ownership and property/on-site management
– Provide detailed daily reports and schedule updates.
– Ability to perform work as necessary to complete projects including framing, drywall, paint, and miscellaneous carpentry

EDUCATION / WORK REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years experience
- Framing experience
- High School
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
5 years experience.
Ability to pass a background check.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
Experience building ground-up Senior Living or Multi-family properties
