Luxury Waterfront Home
The design inspiration for this home is a mix between Pacific Island and Modern. The house provides visitors with 360-degree views of the Intracoastal by integrating floor to ceiling windows and glass doors throughout the open floor plan. These doors are pocket doors allowing them to hide behind one another when open and allow the home to open fully to the outside. To further the feeling of bringing the outside in, 1020 Builders wrapped structural beams in mahogany wood and carried the exposed beams from the exterior of the home to the interior providing a flow that enhances the feeling of being outside when inside. Modern design elements can be seen throughout the home in minimal lines and clean structural detailing, including waterfall granite countertops, extended-height kitchen cabinets and a floor-to-ceiling wine room wall.
The home was designed in such a way that every room faces the water and the exterior of the home was planned as immaculately as the interior. A secluded beach builds upon the Pacific feel, as does the custom pool with swim-up bar and gazebo. The home also includes a boathouse and ramp, a full media room with drop down big screen, a bar with an aquarium wall feature, 2 offices, a gym, an elevator, and customized interior fittings, doors, and staircases.
