1020 Builders completed renovations on the Hilton hotel by the construction of a new restaurant, Olive’s within the hotel. The schedule of this part of the renovation was very tight in order to continue the Hilton level of service to guests.

THE WORK: 1020 Builders was tasked with the completion of the restaurant quickly and with no room for error. The restaurant was an unusual layout, allowing for the elegance of the Hilton restaurant and the casual nature of a breakfast buffet.
