THE WORK: 1020 Builders was tasked with performing the renovations during occupied times, meaning the construction schedule was tight and dust and noise needed to be taken into consideration.
1020 are familiar with the additional responsibilities that are undertaken when building a branded space. All specification were met by the hotel as well as the Starbucks and Pike Cafe brands.
